Flying for JAV was the best first job I could have hoped for, both challenging and extremely rewarding. It’s a real pilot job, flying solo across the country, landing in new airports on an almost daily basis and learning to look after your airplane (mainly keeping up with the maintenance schedule). The whole team at JAV was always very supportive when I needed advice/guidance and you can always tell they know what they are talking about. Also, never felt pressure to fly in conditions that I wasn’t comfortable with. Overall, would do it again without any hesitation.
