JAV was my first job flying, an alternative to becoming a CFI, so in a way I like to think of it as my big break. I have nothing but good things to say about Stephanie and Josh. They truly care about their employees and will find a way to help with any issues you have while deployed. I learned a ton in the time I spent with JAV and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
